Now, you could totally play this game with nothing more than you, your spouse, and a touch of creativity, but sometimes it’s hard to get those creative juices flowing when you’re also trying to have an intimate evening. So, we thought we’d take some of the “work” out of the idea for you. Everything you’ll need to start your own intimate game of Never Have We Ever is included in our free printable below. It contains the rules of the game and the exxxxtra-hot prompts that can be printed out on just a few sheets of cardstock to create a spicy deck of playing cards. How to Play Never Have I Ever
In case you or your spouse needs a last-minute refresher on how to play Never Have I Ever (but the WE version), we’ve included the basic rules on two of the printable cards and below for easy reference. Never Have We Ever RULES:
Each spouse holds up one hand with all five fingers raised.Take turns pulling a card and reading it aloud to your spouse, filling in the blank space as you read it to complete a statement that’s something new you’ve never tried before. (Feel free to get silly, romantic, or sexy with your ideas!)If your spouse agrees to the task, get to work trying that something new!If it’s not their idea of fun, you put down a finger.The first person to put down all of the fingers is technically the “loser” of the game, but let’s face it, there aren’t any losers in this one! 🙂
To further clarify, you’ll start playing by holding up your fingers and taking turns pulling cards. Each card has a sentence that begins with the phrase “Never Have We Ever …” and ends with a suggestive bedroom idea. When it’s your turn to read a spicy or funny Never have I ever question, fill in the blank with a new idea that you and your spouse haven’t tried before! Then get to it! If your spouse isn’t in the mood for that particular activity, no worries, you’ll just get to draw more cards and try again! However, since you were being a little more adventurous than your spouse, you do have to put down one of your fingers. If you start to feel extremely daring, you can even come up with some new and spicy Never have I ever questions that aren’t in the cards. Think of some new things that your spouse will also be interested in trying!
